It’s good to be curious. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions...

Individual sessions are $240 for 50 minutes. This is payable at the end of each session via a debit or credit card. Our fees remain lower than the recommended rate advised by the Australian Psychological Society (APS). A reduced fee may be offered in certain circumstances.
-
We ask that you provide as much notice as possible when cancelling an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will incur the full fee of $240. Our cancellation policy is in place to allow us to offer the allocated time to another person who may be on the waiting list. Please note, there are no Medicare or private health fund rebates for late cancellations or missed appointments.
We understand that sometimes you may be unable to keep an appointment because of sudden illness or an unexpected personal emergency. If this happens to you, please contact us as soon as possible to explain the situation.

Consultations are by appointment only.
We recognise that making the decision to do therapy can be a big commitment. For this reason, we try to ensure that you have a regular appointment time. That time is reserved for you. This helps you plan around your session time and minimise the need to reschedule or cancel. We offer both weekly or fortnightly sessions and typically see patients medium to long term. Sessions are available in-person or via telehealth.

Under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care Initiative, individuals are eligible to receive a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. The current Medicare rebate for Clinical Psychologists is $141.85 per session. To access the Medicare rebates for your sessions, you will need a referral from your doctor.
Rebates may also be available through private health insurers. Please contact your private health insurance to see if you are eligible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer services under WorkCover, DVA or TAC.
